About Our Dance Studio
The Dance Center of New Jersey is a school dedicated to developing dancers with a strong understanding and proficiency in technique. We differ from other schools in the intense interest we have for each of our dancers. Each student the attention and assistance they need to progress, whether they are professionally bound or dancing for pure enjoyment.
Our diverse backgrounds provide us with a wealth of knowledge which we share with our students in an intimate and uplifting setting. Our school boasts a very large studio 30 x 45, equivalent to most professional regional studios. But unlike most ballet academies and professional schools, our students are not lost in the mix, but receive the hands-on attention and motivation to succeed.
The Repertory Dancers
is a preprofessional company established in 2005, serving the surrounding Hunterdon and Somerset County communities. Students who are motivated to pursue a higher level of challenge, greater performance experience to assist the development of sense of line, artistry are encouraged to audition.
